How Did Tozai Media Begin?
Tozai Media began as a dream shared by two sisters, Brooke and Ashlyn, who always had a knack for creativity and a passion for social media. Growing up, they were the go-to duo for capturing the best angles, crafting witty captions, and making even the smallest moments look like they belonged on the highlight reel. After graduating college with bachelor’s degrees in marketing, they realized they didn’t just want to follow the traditional career path—they wanted to create their own.
With a shared vision and an unshakable belief in their abilities, Brooke and Ashlyn decided to combine their love for social media and helping others thrive into something bigger than themselves. And just like that, Tozai Media was born—a creative hub dedicated to empowering businesses to tell their unique stories and grow through strategic and stunning social media strategies.
It wasn’t just their combined expertise that made it possible. Faith played a huge role in their journey, along with the incredible support of their family cheering them on every step of the way. What started as an idea fueled by late-night brainstorming sessions and a dream to do something meaningful has blossomed into a vibrant company that’s helping others succeed in ways they never imagined.

What does "tozai" Mean?
Our name reflects our Japanese heritage, stemming from our great-grandfather and the tozai knot. Tozai means uniting east-west and symbolizes connection. The tozai phrase “United we can accomplish more” resonates with us, guiding our goal to partner with organizations to create something extraordinary.
